This specialized high-altitude cleaning drone adopts a new structural design, a modular fuselage design, super compatibility, equipped with a plug-in dual-battery design, a front, and rear folding quad-rotor design, can be equipped with obstacle avoidance radar and ground protection radar expansion, top-mounted FPV first-person perspective to provide clear image feedback, equipped with a 48-inch propeller with strong power, a whole body lightweight design, small size, large load, easy to carry and operate. The maximum effective load is 40kg, suitable for transporting high-altitude cleaning operations.
Working Principle
A wall cleaning method based on a drone relates to curtain wall cleaning. A curtain wall cleaning drone is used, and the wall cleaning drone is provided with a fuselage, 4 propeller engines, a flight control system, a cleaning liquid circulation device, a cleaning device, and a landing gear. The drone takes off, and the camera collects image information around the drone and transmits it to the flight controller on the ground through the antenna; the image is presented on the display of the flight controller, and the ground operator determines the position and flight attitude of the drone and makes corresponding adjustments through the control buttons, the cleaning device starts to work, the slider reciprocates along the guide rail, the water nozzle on the slider sprays cleaning liquid, and the dirty liquid flows back to the cleaning liquid circulation device; the dirty liquid first passes through the coarse filter, and then flows into the sewage tank, the negative pressure generator forms negative pressure in the sewage tank, and the dirty liquid below the height of the sewage tank is recovered, the dirty liquid stored in the sewage tank is transported to the clean water tank, and the cleaning liquid stored in the clean water tank is transported to the fine filter and sprayed out from the water nozzle to complete the cleaning of the curtain wall.
